Question about if this is a GO
 

So just to make a long story short so you understand my question, here it goes. I have had 4 stealth ebay/paypals that I manually closed down back in May 2009. The ebay accounts are suspended. But before the suspension happened, I removed my ebay pay list, bank account info, and CC info from paypal. I then proceeded to close my paypal accounts.

My question is can I reuse those bank accounts for paypal again since I took them off and my paypals were closed by me?

Not recommended. The info could be easily linked back to the closed PayPal accounts and then from there to the suspended Ebay accounts used with them.

What were the suspensions for and were they permanent?..... It might be possible if they were temporary suspensions.

Nope, you can't use these bank accounts or CCs again. Just because you remove them from PayPal doesn't mean it's actually off their system.

They have everything on you, including bank info, cc info stored and can and will link accounts if you attempt to use them again.
