Do i need a simon account or gift card?
 

Hey all i am really interested in is buying off ebay. I have a ebay acct with good feedback a good paypal acct thats older and still has money in it i cant spend because my spending limit is 0.00. So wich one should i buy giftcard or account? thank you.

*bump* noone can answer a simple question ^^? What would be the best way to buy off ebay useing paypal. SImmon Gift card, Simon gift account, netspend, or prepaid walmart visa? I am in the US thanks for any info you guys can provide for me.

I just got a netspend card in the mail. I know it has alot more fees but ifi activate it and load it can i fund paypal and buy off ebay with it? Thanks i have feedback on both my PP and ebay acct. so that shouldnt be a problem. I just dont want to give my bank info to PP.
