I have a question, If I buy the CitizensBank Visa (CANADA) GIFT CARD, WITH No name on the card, How can I use it to register the eBay account. Thanks

You enter it as you would any card, giving whatever details you are registering the account with as the cardholder name/address.

Whether Ebay will accept it or not is another matter.
