how to veirfy paypal with unreloadable GC?

Since the GC such as Simon giftaccount is unreloadable. Other GC I got named "Green dot" is unreloadable is you want to reload it you have to provide your SSN.

And the Paypal to lift limit your account is to draw $1.95 money from your account and send this amount money back to your account with 4 digital nmuber.

Since your account is unreloadable, how could it be verified???

just use pre paid debits like i explained on your other thread. you dont have to buy anything from anyone. they work for a good period of time.
