can one use any name, address on 3V cards, vouchers

typing 3v in search gives no results.

So, yeah can i enter any name, address like some prepaid visa.

Also, they do give out details for verification, etc, right, unlike entropay? I need this to purchase something and payment will only go through if name matches one on card.
