Same here. From Canada. Need something that works here. Tried Vanilla Gift Card. Works on PP, but not on Ebay. If anyone found something that work can they send me a PM.

entropay works for Canada. There are other cards but I know more about entropay.

Use a working card to verify paypal and then attach the verified paypal to your ebay account. How sweet is that?

From The Same PetroCanada, or Shell where you can Get A VanillaMasterCard, you can ask for CityBank Visa Gift Card, It works like a charm with PP (Used it to verify 2 of my accounts) and used it today to pay ebay fees too.
