Buying Simon Gift Cards . . .

I'm from the U.K, but have a U.S PayPal Account.

I want to purchase a Simon Virtual Gift Card - but it only accepts payment from a U.S Credit / Debit card.

How can I purchase one if I'm from the U.K? Will a shopping VCC work?
