Half.com not accepting GC for "identity verification" to sell

I've been selling on my new eBay account all right for a while now, linked to a verified Premier or whatever PP. So I thought I'd list something on half.com. Before it would let me list it asked me to put in a CC to verify my identity. I put in the one I usually use on eBay and it said they don't accept prepaid cards. what the heck is going on?

Is this limited to half.com or did eBay stop accepting gcs too? I tried VV by the way.

How do I get past this to sell on half.com? thanks!

USE virtual Card to verify having BIN 5248
they accept these .
