VCC with a Account number
 

Hey guys I was wondering if I can get a VCC that comes with a routing number and a account number so I use it to verify paypal and ebay at the same time. I know i will have to use real info just wondering if any one can point me in the right direction.
I would normally use a wallmart money card but do not have time to wait for the card. Please let me know what VCC options i still have

walmart money card is about it.

You can use netspend, but the names have to match.


Why not just use a regular bank account?

I cannot open a bank account due to the X-wife. She used my name to By a BUNCH of **** and did not tell me about it. Since we were still married at the time I am Jumping thru alot of Hoops at the moment and need to be off the radar.

Try a credit union.... some banks do not care about credit or checksystems. EVERY BANK is different.
