Sort code and account number!

Ok so i've just set up a whole new paypal and eBay. Was just wondering whether the account number AND the sort code need to be different as i have a sub-account on one of my natwest accounts whereby the account number is different but the sort code is the same.

Do i need to have a separate sort code too?
