Simon Card PAYPAL DEIBIT CARD VERIFY to lift $500 LIMIT
 

Ran the verification for paypal, got this code...

PAYPAL INC 402-935-7733 US

Tried 7733, then 4029 then 9357, then got the card banned.

How do I decipher the 4 digit expanded use code?

You would log in to the Simon website, view your card transaction history, find the Paypal charge, read the description of the transaction, and the code will be right there.

But now, you will need a new card.

The expuse is not there yet.. Sometimes expuses take a day or two to show up for Simons.

You will need a new card now, since you reached your maximum tries.

Yeah. I had one do that to me last fall. Usually I get them within a few hours. Sometimes it does take a bit longer.

Next time try charging it again and see if it's shows up the 2nd time

i try to get a simon giftaccount many time. but every time show me "OUT OF ORDER". what's wrong? if anybody can show me how to get it,i would like give you a simon giftaccount with 20$ as a gift! thanks!

Give Paypal a call--you HAVE their Phone number right there.

Just Kidding, you will see a 4 digit number by itself somewhere, (Sometimes (Not Always) it will say EXPUSE right in by it, and as Posted above sometimes it does take a while for it to appear (Days Sometimes)

Hi you all,
i am new so please help
when i create a new paypal account.
First, paypal will require to link a bank account or a credit card to that paypal account to verify.
So if i link the giftcard to that account... then is it ok to use the giftcard again to lift the 500$ limit? if yes, How can i do so? if not, i have to link a bank account right? what if the giftcard doesnot have bank account?

i thought simon no longer worked? why use a simon gift card when you can just use your debit card they mail to you when you open you bank account to lift the limit?
