Citibank from the last time i opened one they dont have a minimum deposit right away, but you have to have $75 in it by 30 days.

I have always wonder if it is possible to open a US bank account if we are located overseas? Possible?

hmm.... interesting. So this will work with PP and the company itself is not uptight about a lot of things such as name matching, opening, closing cards/accounts, etc?

paypal was not a problem..and uptight about details on info? my info is all stealth (not mine) ...havent closed any accounts with them..but all has gone smooth..transfers, etc.

Let me know if I'm wrong here, but your bank just needs to be able to accept money coming in under USA dollars. For example, RBC in Canada can have a bank account in USA dollars. :)
