paypal was not a problem..and uptight about details on info? my info is all stealth (not mine) ...havent closed any accounts with them..but all has gone smooth..transfers, etc.

Let me know if I'm wrong here, but your bank just needs to be able to accept money coming in under USA dollars. For example, RBC in Canada can have a bank account in USA dollars.
