yes i was able to verify ebay with it but just because o2 was unable to verify my details.

On their website says :

"Will give you an annual load limit of up to £10,000 as long as we can verify your details. If, for any reason, we can't verify your details then your load limit will be £1,800.".

I couldn't verify paypal with the £10,000 limit, only worked for £1,800 limit o2 cash manager prepaid card
