Reloadable Visa card!
 

This site here iKobo Reloadable Visa cards offer reloadable visa cards. But, its not virtual. They will actually send you the visa card in the mail. But the good thing is that it is reloadable, meaning you can add money to it anytime you want by credit card or bank account and you will have a pin number which you can use to withdrawl money from the ATM! Good for paying Ebay fees, or using it for Paypal...

is it unlimited? how do the fees work?

this ikobo thing when signing up if you are in the states you have to put in your ssn. so it cant work for all the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ acounts. but then it asks you to send it to whoever you want. so basically you would enter your real info for the sender and then for the recepient you enter all the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.

Yes, but they have virtual debit cards available to them, gift cards that are reloadable and we don't, so it's up the ladders and down the snakes for us, without the ssn! I don't remember ebay usa asking for the SSN, by law they are not supposed to.

I have found what might work out as a good reloadable Visa Card. I got it at the local CVS pharmacy. They are everywhere in my town. They sell a Green Dot reloadable pre-paid Visa card - with a minimum investment of $20.00. Here is the deal. You have to give them your real name, address & SS# to activate the card - but they allow you to have a second card for friends or family. So I put the name I came up with for one of my PAYPAL accounts needing a CC. Now, they have my correct mailing address - actually my P.O. Box -to mail the actual cards to, but still unusable for eBay or PAYPAL. However, there is a way to update -or change your billing address - so my plan is to wait to get my cards, then go onto the site and change my billing address to the one I have with my PAYPAL account. Since I have to re-load it at one of their retail locations - what is there to "bill" to me? Anyway, it isn't immediate - but I just think that it might work and I really want a reloadable card to pay fees with. If this works - I will get more. So far, I only have $20.00 invested in it and I can use this for whatever I want. They give you your CC # immediately so you can use it for online purchases right away. Has anyone tried this? I am not crazy about them having my real name and SS# but I don't think that they will share this with PP or eBay since it will be used with the name that I gave for the second card. I will keep you informed if this works - but any thoughts?

ikobo has been around for a long a** time i remeber useing them years ago.
