fast paypal vcc?
 

Was wondering where the best place to get a vcc was. Somewhere where I can buy with paypal balance and fill up card with pp balance without providing SS bank account or another credit card.
I want it so I can do some online shopping too so I want it to be at least some 50+ dollars and no long waiting for it. .

not going to likely to find a legit vcc seller that takes paypal for large amounts. You could spend out the card and do a chargeback... So they are at a massive risk.

And many I have seen that sell large amount VCCs are like 20-25% - You really dont want to lose that much

aw. or any visa gift/prepaid card I could get I just don't needthe actual plastic card for the one time use. I just need to be able to pay with paypal.

Not with paypal. I believe its even against the TOS too.

Paypal is one click charge back. So buying what is basically "cash" with it is just not going to happen. You see someone doing it A] Scam B] Massive fees

Too much to just buy stuff with? If its a huge amount a bank would be the way to go. Just need to work it out somehow.

Now It would only be about 40 dollars what I wanted to buy but they only accept CC/mail money order and I don't have one, just my paypal balance lol.

it all depends, how much are you trying to load? this really sounds like you are looking to use an alt method to cashout. If so what are we talking about $10 or $100 or $1,000.00
There is way of doing which involves a payment for affiliate marketing similar to Liberty Reserve. And by the way there is such a thing as a reloadable Vcc.
