Online Savings account with Debit Card????

If I were to open a Checking or Savings account online and received the Debit Card......will Ebay or Paypal be able to get my name after I posted the new Debit card on Paypal to get verified or should I just stick to a prepaid card or simon card?

Really need to get back on Ebay ASAP, if anyone can assist with proven strategies.

If you use the name variation method of your real info. then you use a walmart moneycard which is GE money bank. Otherwise the best idea is to use Boa, which allows opening and closing of accts online. Another method is to use a Vcc to verify ebay and Paypal and then attach a prepaid debit card for cashout.
