Well I found them at https://www.citicards.com and 800-950-5114 after googling and well the people on the phone have no idea. One said you can make virtual cards but said only two addresses can be associated with them. Nothing about free virtual numbers with different addresses on each. So they have no idea.

It says nowhere and nowhere in its flash demo does it let you make different addresses associated with the card.

Jonas plz delete this thread...lets keep this in pm's...I would hate for ebay/PP to catch on and come up with a way to ban these virtual CCs...
