hi i'm going to open a stealth account,can i open a new bank account with my own name and adress,as ebay and ppal only want the account number to verify???if not what can i do

yes you can use any account to verify a stealth account, the name does not matter.

Op, have you read and studied the stealth guide yet?
Or do you even have it yet? If not, I truly recommend you get it, you won't regret it.

But to answer your question, no, PP cannot check the name on your bank acc so you will be good.
