need some help and info plz :)
 

i opened a pp acc, 1 month ago , but i am from Egypt , and pp is not working here , so i made it USA pp acc,


now i need to verify it so i can send from it to other pp users - and can withdrew my money ,,


wt is best way to do it , and is virtual bank account working - and can any one recommend a VBA service ?

another thing any way to send from it while it has a limit of 0$ sending :) "such as bill or buy from other sites " or i cant do it till i verify ?
