So I was wondering if they were any good.
I have heard rumors that they don't work and they are a scam.
Also if I do buy one do I have to enter any personal information.
(Ex. SSN, Address, Name)

You only have to enter your personal info if you want to load more than $250 per year, anything less you just enter the code on the back of the card and your done. If you need more than $250 without giving up your personal info just simply open another paypal account that's what I do.

So pretty much just get like $240 then put it on the paypal account then get another paypal account then get another $240. Then just send the money from the second one to the first one?

No problem also you don't need to transfer the money to your other account, that's a little risky, unless you're buying something that's more than $250, if you're purchasing from sites other than ebay you can change the shipping address on the site to whatever you want.

Transfering from one acct to another acct will link the two accts. If I want to use Paypal to pay for something I load my greendot card then enter the card info on Paypal when I make my purchase, Complete stealth.

Only downside I found you can't do Subscriptions (Monthly Payments). I guess I need to add a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Credit Card or just get a Gift card not to sure on that yet.
