Question for anyone that uses vanilla visas?

Ok. I am going to purchase some vanilla visas to do some paypal/ebay verification.

I know that you can set the addresses from the website.

Would anyone that has purchased one, be willing to tell me if you can set the address to one of a non-united states country?

I'm trying to verify some international paypals/ebays. I'm just trying to figure it out, before I drop the $$. It would be much appreciated. Thank you.

You can only set the zip code.
