CVS American Express 10$ off 3 American express cards.. WOrth it?

Ok so I did try to search if american express is currently working for paypal/ebay and the info is a year old so i dont know if it reliable...

Anyways should I go out and buy 3 AMEX cards?
Will they work for paypal and other offers?

Those amex cards do not work.

No idea honestly.... I would steer away from Amex.
