thank you what about using a stealth name i allready have on green dot for 10.00 to go along with my soon to be stealth name on ebay.i guess just as long as the name on green dot and new ebay account are the same.is that correct?

There are reported problems with greendot prepaid cards. Greendot is only good for bank verification (greendot moneypack).

For CC verification you will need to have a matching address.

If you want to create stealth accounts under your real name then yes Greendot will work for you, just keep the monthly activity low like under 500 and dont get more than 3

I use mango with some of mine - they don't have any issues. It is especially nice, because since they give you a virtual card, you can use that on another stealth if need be...
