Is there any VCC apart from entropay that you can create many cards from 1 account
 

Is there any other choices of VCC that I can create many card by using 1 account. Also each card name holder can be different. I want the UK based one since I will use it in UK. Thank you.

Also there is no transaction limit per day. So that I can buy more than 20 items per day.

a reloadable card that supports paypal withdrawal will be good
hard to find another service like entropay

i dont know if you can withdraw but i have used a few times.

it will say paypal withdrawal supported if the card supports it

Can you please provide a link to that company site? I tried with wwwcard but thats not the right one.

HDFC and ICICI Bank. They are indian banks so i havent used them. i am pretty sure one of the vcc sellers uses HDFC since the 4 numbers start the same as the ones he sells.

I see the netsafe option with HDFC. Do you know if this lets the AVS check go through with paypal and ebay?

I don't see this option with ICIC though....

Dear Customer, Please note that you will not be able to issue new cards or reload your card after January 1st, 2011. You will be able to use the remaining funds on your wwwcard until it expires, as mentioned when you have received the wwwcard.
