What cards are currently working for ebay and paypal verification?

Are there are any vcc like the simon gift account?

This chesnut? Problem is as soon as it goes public the name of the card, its state of working stops.

However, may I suggest you go to the Buy Sell Trade sub-forum and see what offerings there are..... said vcc's are unnamed and most successful for our use
