PayPal: Adding a credit card, Page refreshes no error code?
I have a VCC from a reputable seller on here. It to lift a limit on a 3+ year old PayPal account that has not been used for 12 months.
When I try and add the card to Paypal I fill everything in, click add and the page just refreshes. No error code on the page but the tab at the top just says error, as if a loading error.
I've tried several browsers, java etc all enabled has anyone had the same problem or got any hint of what to do/
