new zealand paypal

has anyone here used paypal with new zealand?
just created an account and to verify i just need to add a credit/debit card..
can i use entropay for this ? ( i already have an account with cards)

also if this is the case, then what about withdrawing funs..? just guess you can add a bank account when you go to withdraw?

seems a lot easier that uk/usa i guess?
