Entropay does not allow me to change the address
 

I just set up a prepaid card with entropay and I used the real information (name,address) in order to add a funding souce (my bank account)
Once the funding souce added, I tried to amend my address so it can match the stealth address set on my paypal account, everything looks fine. However, 20 mins later, entropay sent me a message saying that my address amendment request is declined.

But fortunately, I have already added an entropay prepaid card to my paypal account before received the message. So far it works fine with my paypal account. So should I worry?
Any response will be appreciated.

Dont worry about pa yp al, but in future entropay should be in your name and address. never stealth.

Thanks for your response, so when paypal ask to add a credit card to verify the address, it just like one time verification for ever?

untill the card expires, well i update mine when they expire, i think you get a year on entropay.

But just a bit confused as the book did state that with a prepaid card, you can input whatever name and address. But entropay now ask me to send them the photocopy of my passport and utilities bill which must clearly show the address and name, also the front and back of the funding souce (my bank card..of course they asked me to cover some digits) I used with entropay.

This is why you should set up entropay in your name and address. You dont need to change the entropay address, doing that has now caused you this hassle, keep it simple.

You use any address in pp and entropay can work wth that. Not any address in entropay.

Send them the docs and you should be ok..

Thank you very much, I have sent them the documents and 10 mins later they just reinstated my entropay account, much faster than paypal review a case.

Thats great, if only pp could do that.. :D
