New non-greendot card for 2011

I love the ebay stealth forums, Today, I found this non-greendot card from a new company called transcash.com I wanted to pass on.
I think they just got a patent issued for a unique 2 visa card set up. Has anyone tried them?

When you go to their site, they give you an option of No SSN when your signing up, instead it askes you if you want to fax a copy of your ID.
I filled out the form and decided to give them my SSN (they only ask for the last four digits) I hit submit and I got an error message saying they could not verify my SSN and that I would have to fax or email them a copy of my ID so I gave up on it.

Now here's where it gets good...

A few hours later I get a phone call from a cool sales rep,
I ask can my neighbor be the person on the second card even if she has extremly bad credit and he tells me this...
"we dont even use an SSN for the other card so it can be in her name, a friends, or anybody because its your SSN and your the one responsable for any usage or fruad on both cards"
He also said they use a third party verifcation company thats not very good. and that they pretty much need everyone to fax their ID to them at this time.

Because I chose to fund the account by mailing a money order in on the first ap, the rep cancled that order and said, "just fill out a new ap, choose the fund with credit/debit card option and email your ID to us, also let us know in that email, what name you want the other card in and a birth date (that will act as the cards pin) and we'll send them out to you."

Who knows what other things crafty people with Ps can do. I'll let you know how it goes. ;)

Meaning you get a routing number and account number to use as a bank? Or just to load from your bank?

yes, this is another prepaid card. At least its Not Metabank which paypal has issues with

So I just got my cards and activated them...not so good. No matter what name/birthdate you put on the second card, it still has your mailing address, phone number and such. So I'm not sure what good that is going to do, unfortunately. Waste of $$ :(

soooo...this is pretty much a dead end. Nice find, just not so good for practicality.

I can still definitely see how something like this would be beneficial. Viable prepaid card companies issue accounts to people 18 and over. This fact made it tough for me, though I had a paypal account in my child's name, I could not get a valid bank account to withdraw funds to. This seems like an answer for that dilemma.:-)

Since PP only goes by the account and routing number for the bank withdrawals, I could have a trans card in my (already used) real name just to set up my under aged account with the secondary card. And if I really want versatility e.g using the secondary card on ebay or amazon, I'd use a fresh address when originally setting up the trans card. Though I couldn't do anything with the primary account, who cares? I was able to use my real info (that's already burned up) in order to get a valid cc and bank account for a minor.

So can you use the secondary card for pp withdrawals? Or is that only something you can do with the primary card?

I agree that this still has value, especially if you can receive deposits under the name of the second person, which would be a stealth name.

They charge $9.99 per month, but that would be like paying for a checking account.
