Just had a look at the site and did some research. I have come across a few people stating that they are on the FBI's wanted listed for scamming over 2million.

I'd personally stay clear or if you do venture in to a new account with them at least be very cautious and load the minimum amount if any at all.

Last year Trucard did 'maintenance' on their systems. Asked that you sign in,
give password this happened several times over a period of about 7 weeks. All such requests said do this or your account gets frozen. After getting no answer
from their cust.service I had fun spending my own money.
Got find that FBI list of scammers yet. Trucard also seem to promote egold and that can give trouble. Try to be careful with the amount of money you spend
