What are your guys thoughts on this card?

You can reload it and setup direct deposit if you fax in your credentials.
I've been using it for about 1 year now, with little problems.

Theres no need to wait for it in the mail. If you can find a gas station or store that sells them. Just buy it with the minimum $10. And register the card online. They dont send out a card after you register it. Its not a temporary card like Netspend. The card you buy at the store is the permanent, so you can put any address on there. But you will need to have SSN & DOB on somebody. Which, there are many ways to get info on people. :-)

Is this sold at any store like Walgreen's or something?

Ive bought them at Winn-Dixie. Cumberland Farms. But they usually have them in gas stations. Never seen them in Walgreens, I have looked, only thing I see there is gift cards and Greendot & MoneyPak.

Yep, done just like that man.. Its very simple. You ever use Netspend? Its something very similar to that. The PayPal withdraws are usually very quick too.

Have not used any of that (since they don't exist in Canada) but I am down for some exploring and branching =) I was thinking of a drive or...well...buying a bunch from someone and doing my own stuff with them if someone shipping ha.

Would only be reliable-based people of course.
