What is an AVS VCC?
 

Hello,
I've been trying to google avs vcc but cant find much info on them.
I'll be grateful if forum members could help.
What is an avs vcc?
What benefits does it have over a normal vcc?

From what I know - AVS = Address Verification System.

Which means that the VCC involved would pass the system used by any service that checks both the postal code/zip code entered and (in most circumstances) the house number registered.

to use AVS VCC for paypal do we need specific countries? any country can be used?

No, not any country can be used. I tend to use a VCC or AVS coherent to the country PayPal is in.
It worked for me that a Russian or Corean VCC was good for an IT account but could happen that it will be shut down right away. In any case, if a manual review is in place, and PayPal sees a VCC from a far east country for an EU account.... well some red flag will be triggered.
I would keep a low profile.
