I have red the guide and its great. I have a few questions. I will use an address from a friend of mine since my address is suspended now the bank account, phone etc will be my mother's. The only problem I have is the credit card stuff, my mother has the same address than me so if I use her credit card will it linked to my suspended account?

You may possibly need to work on your logistics a bit. They seem to be all over. Could still work though.

First, what stealth name are you altering, mothers or yours? If it is yours, then your mothers bank account may be a problem.

Does your friend have an eb ay account or anyone else, at the address you are going to be using?

Having your friends address is a great idea because you can access it, you just need to cover some things first before you can use it.

a little while ago the street address # and zip code had to match for verification.
ex: if your friends address is 20 side st. ny,ny 20001
you could use 20 back st.ny,ny 20001
im not sure this is still working. can anyone chime in on this?
I had an issue a few weeks ago trying to verify a new account with the new ebay verification system.

I always get conflicting information from some members on the forum.

Some people say that PP could use the Address Verification System (AVS) to check your address with your bank.

Other people say that PP just charge your card and then when you provide the code, that is enough to prove you are the card owner.

Thank you for your response. In this case I am planing to use as much real information as possible. They only thing I am planing to make different is the address and the ip. I will use my mother real name in the credit card. My question is that if they can check the address of the credit card holder since it is the same address that is suspended. Thank you

^^^ What if you get suspended using your mothers details? Are you going to pay for her subscription on this forum? ;)

Though it can be the easiest method, I do not like using other peoples details as their is a chance I could end up getting suspended from eb ay or p, that person is then suspended not just you!

On the address, it depends, the best thing you could do is just try it.

If PP use address verification then the correct part of the address must match.

But many people say that when you give them the code after they have charged your card, that is enough tto prove you are the card owner and the address must match.

Paypal only have access to the branch number and account number.:juggle:

Depending on the type of card, the AVS may or may not apply. It's the card info that will trigger a reaction from paypal.

So why do so many people sweat over making sure their VCC has their stealth address?

Some cards get through pa yp al regardless of AVS check but most do not. You have to make sure the zip code and house number matches in most times. Try to get a card which will match your address used.

@kenshin, you get a gift credit card - for example, bank gift credit card - that you can view transaction ONLINE. You register the address of your pa yp al account. Then you do the verification - they will charge your card and you will see the digit expused.

This is what you are looknig for right?

i dont know what kind of vcc you guys are trying use by sweating to have your stealth address on them... but the vcc's i have offered for the longest time are open and need reg. of address of basic needs such as paypal verifications and Ebay, amazon, etc...

you just pop any address in with any name, no reg. , no AVS needed. AVS is only really for Ioffer or limited that requires confirm location using the AVS system..
