can i use the same vcc for paypal and ebay
 

I was wondering if I bought a pp vcc can i use it for pa yp al and also use it for ebay?

Agree - wrong forum. And yes, your minimum balance would be the 1.95 charged by pa yp al and another at least $1 for eb ay

Rsot - to be honest it really depends on the country. Asia it needs more bal for both pp and ebay. But u have to remember... there are fees to make, use and load vcc's.

True - the comment was geared for North Am. As for selling of vcc's, I had no comment on that - was only referring to the basic charge process of each site (.com).
