Do Account now cards still not work for paypal?

I have an account now card, i was just wondering if was still unusable for paypal or if it was...just useless for paypal seller account.:clap:

I have used Acct now for amazon no prob., but paypal has a tendency to remove them after 30 days and ask to update bank.
