Anonymous Vba withdraw

I am planning to purchase anonymous bank accounts with physical card.But when trying to withdraw from pay pal on bank account section we are entering the IBAN number and first 2 words include country name.Is there anyone experienced or heart about if its possible to withdraw from outside of your country with this iban.

Also is it possible to get verified with visa electron debit card on paypal.And can we withdraw with visa electron debit card numbers(my cards including cvv) on withdraw to cc section pay pal.

For visa electron card, I know few years ago that this was possible. Lately, truthfully, I don't know.

What do you mean by withdraw outside of your country? Which country is your pa yp al - most pa yp al's will require your own country to verify but then you can withdraw to U.S. or same country accounts...

My country supports some anonymous reloadable debit cards.I want to know is it possible to withdraw from outside of turkey paypal accounts(ofr exp. estonian or croatian) with my turkish bank account IBAN..
By the way I have just called my bank and they said there is no IBAN number on the anonymous debit cards.Its also strange :) .

idk so in the usa due to the patriot act.

any usa bank accts used to withdraw to needs SS# verified to get.

VBA for verification only is diff. No withdrawal.

none work with paypal anymore, if they ever did it was while ago, loopholes get fixed. no anon withdraw europe cards anymore, they are all bank issued therefore you need to sign up with the bank wth your ID, and mainly they will not accept non-domestic clients anyhow....

It die soon... i saw it die 2-3 time used.
