Registering entropay...
 

Am i the only one that entropays tells you after registeration: Sorry, we need you to fax in docs to approve your account? Or others get the same?

Quite a lot of people have experienced this recently - just send them in the docs and everything will be back working again :peace:

Their are other threads and posts that talk about the same thing. People have had their accounts closed and people have had their accounts reinstated.

Let us know how it works out.

I've tried 5 accounts via dial up - ALL of them have add'l info requested!!!!

Seems like a lot of information to send to them... Anyone know of a way to get around all that. Is it possible to pass it by Phot oshoppi ng a DL, Utility Bill, and Credit Card? I'm not very good at phot oshop, so I just wanted to know if anyone has had success with this. I can't imagine it will be that difficult.

Why does everybody make multiple accounts with entropay? What am I missing here?

I think it's because it's a VCC that most users are familiar with. If you have any other sites/companies that you use this info would be very much appreciated. Could save us noobies some frustration on activating vccs.

I think fandando means, why are people opening multiple accounts with stealth details.

You only really need one Entropay account, one using real details.

I understood that Entropay no longer works with PP or EB. Have I misread it or am I missing something?:suspicious:

Maybe I've misread it ShadyOne but I'm sure I read on the forums that peeps were having trouble using Entropay on PP and EB. They wouldn't accept it vot verification - but I may be wrong and would appreciate up to date position from anyone who knows.

Incidently Entropay is fine if you are on Electoral Role and depositing with physical rather than virtual card. No ID required (That's what I found anyway):pop2:

The issue is that entropay is not as good for USA citizens as many think.

Sure, entropay allowed USA citizens to use the service. However, almost immediately, entropay asked such customers to supply ID.

For those peopel who can successfully use the service, any account MUST be created using real details,including a debit or credit card. It can not be fudged ;)

Ive never had a problem with entropay - just make sure you upload your real details so they can find you on the electoral register

People start hitting troubles when they try to use their stealth info and then start changing their details - this will prompt them to ask for ID.

When the day comes that entropay goes belly -up for me in the UK & elsewhere, ya'll be deafened by my scream.

So what is a good VCC to use with stealth address, name, etc. I can't use entropay to activate a stealth acc without using my actual name and address which has been black listed. So my question is what VCC site is the best to use?

...i'm getting the vibe that I probably won't get an answer on this one since so many users are selling VCCs...

Yeah, they prompted me with the info as well when I first signed up. I didn't bother as I've heard the US is having issues with stealth names and addresses. I believe it's due to the online gaming/poker community or something.

Varsity you can't use it to set up a stealth account, but you can use it later to pull money off like you would a bank account. They only look for numbers in address and zip or something like that. They don't your name. This is ONLY for after you have set up your stealth though. I know NetSpend and maybe some others are set up similar to setting up a new bank account. Haven't done one yet, but will be doing that this week.
Don't use Greendot. I think they're all in bed together or something. I was getting busted every time I used it with my accounts.

gonnagetebay - I guess that's where I was left pretty confused. So who should I use for VCC's? I don't want to keep buying a new one every time I create an account. It is obviously not terribly hard if it costs $10. Also its funny how all these big corporations say they don't share our info, when in reality they do. This in itself justifies stealth acctns.
