I heard there are some prepaid credit cards that comes with account numbers n routing where you can safely take out the money from your pp balance but not sure which ones are working currently?? please let me know that would be a big help...

Greend ot has a card that works from what I have read. Wal mart card too

How do the greend ot or the wal mart cards work? Im confused... so say paypal has stealth info and you verified with an ALLY BANK account.

So you just add your wal mart card onto paypal and withdraw onto it that way?

A person can have many different wal mart cards right? I forget if you have to register them with your drivers license at wal mart before you get them...
