Question about confirming PP acct vs eBay acct...
 

if I wanted to set up a new sellers account, I see that there are 3 options to pay my fees.


Now, I bought a VCC from the forums (worked great!) for paypal to use for this but it says I have to wait 2-3 days for some silly charge. I was wondering if I would've picked to set up a credit card directly through eBay if it would've been instant? Or, are all options the "input a credit card and wait for us to charge it" type deals?

A credit card is never instant - you have to wait for the expuse code for pa yp al. For eb ay, there is no expuse code so as long as it passes the $1 charge, you should be ok.

Right so as long as eBay passes the 1$ charge its technically instant?
