So I downloaded and thoroughly read through the Stealth guide (big thanks to aspkin) and had a few questions regarding opening a new account and banks/prepaid cars. I was going to sign up for EP so that I could register on eBay as a seller and perhaps open a store, would this be the best course of action for this? I'm hearing yes and no. Withdrawing money, I'm not so worried about as I opened an account through Ally. But on to Paypal, since they require a real bank sponsored card, what would be the best course of action for this?

Also one last question, if I buy a VCC through one of the authorized sellers, how does this work? Do I just link my information to it once I get it? Thanks a lot!
