New Prepaid Cards USA?
 

Alright, here in the Us we have a ton of Cards that are prepaid, but only a handful of them work. I am looking for some new ones because i've tried:

---Netspend
---AccountNow
---Mango
---RushCard

none of these i found particularly reliable...so could someone clear this up and help me out with some new ones that actually work...And while im at it...since when do USA paypal accounts no longer have the option to transfer funds to debit card?

You can check some of my post, or it could be a thread, but I posted a website with the top 25 cards for 2011, but i don't know which ones work well, I'm sure you could do some research on what I have posted.

Either get a VCC from a seler on the forum or try a local gift card.

eBay/PayPal know the big online issuers. Not so well known to them are the thousands of banks and credit unions that offer them. Just make sure they can be registered online with the recipient's info.

I use Harris Bank, but they will only issue them to customers. Most banks, however, will issue them if you just walk in and ask.
