if you used a prepaid for pp - when can you use that cash? Do they do any test wd's or anything? I only got a $25 card but still, 25 bucks is 25 bucks ( beer and cigarettes! LOL ) and if its money to keep the card alive, not a big deal but if I can access it that is even better!

once u added it to paypal and did the expnd use code then u can use the rest for what ever paypal can not charge anything to the card later out w/o ur premission

That's correct - use it for your online purchases. If it's a physical perpaid card - even better.

very cool - I was worried it would be one of those 'well you need to keep X amount on there forever just in case they need to do a .12 charge' or something along those lines.

It is a physical card, one of the vanillas but not reloadable. Time to use it on gas! : )
