New Card for Ebay Stealth Account Buying

I have a new stealth account I just started using, along with a new stealth PP account, linked to a new Ally bank account.

I want to link a CC or prepaid card to stealth PP account so I can use it as a funding source for paying for Ebay purchases on the eBay Stealth account. I like the added layer of protection you get using a CC as opposed to instant transfer or PP balance.

Looking for advice or suggestions on whether I should just apply for a new CC using my real info, and use that, or if I should use a Prepaid account.

My main concern is stealth, I don't want this account to get linked and am trying to take precautions to ensure it does not.

Yes I have purchased the stealth guide, and am doing my best to adhere to the guidance it provides. We do a lot of buying on Ebay. I have an existing Ebay account with 6 years of buying and selling history. We had a few cases filed at the end of last year, several legitimate as a result of equipment we sold that the buyers had issues with, several more where we were not directly at fault. As a result, our selling priveleges on Ebay were revoked.

Now that we have a new account, I'd like to stop using our old account for buying, and move all buying and selling activity to the new account. Simply looking for opinions on whether it is wise to link a CC to our new Paypal account to use as a funding source for purchases.
