account now card for paypal

does account now still work as a way to withdraw to from paypal to and if so do the first and last names have to match exactly or can you have different first names but same last names or can both first and last be completely different?

I withdrew money to an accountnow card last month with mismatched names and it worked just fine.

Account now card can withdraw money with out problem even name mismatch
