The new rules of the road with cards need help
 

Okay I bought the guide and I recommend it there is some good stuff I did not know inside it,I am not an amateur by any means in the internet jungle.

I need a little advice friends,I have tried the vanilla visa cards and the virtual cards with no address verification system and so far in the united states they do not work.

what i want to do is be able to verify a paypal for the 2000 sending limit.I want to get several accounts the 2000 limit will be fine on each one.Finding a gift card that will verify the paypal seems to be the problem.

Does anyone know of a card that has address verification and will pass paypal scrutiny.I have been finding in the last six months that alot of the gift cards no longer work.

Any advice or direction on this will be greatly appreciated.=}

Have you tried specific bank-issued gift credit cards? I wish I know the name of a few but names don't come to mind - Chase BoA I think issue them.
