talk gold is site I used, and hat too- alots of things I bought there eg id and cards all scams, maybe u be lucky, but they like pay thru liberty reserve ansd wu, scammer methods. go thru recommendations.

Yes, if You looking to personal setting for most debit cards sellers on talkgold, then You can see note : " permanent banned"

I think topic for UK debit cards is very actual for most of us.

I checked ibux, they send the cards to UK address only which I do not have one

If you value your $$, stay away from talkgold. The sellers there have a tendency to suffer major "hacking" attacks right before they disappear for good. Definitely not for you amatuers.
