Virtual Bank Account for withdrawals
 

Hi there,

Is there a US VBA (routing + cc#) for PP withdrawal where I can then transfer the funds to my real bank account?

I am outside the USA so I don't have SSN.

Look for a US bank that will accept foreign applications - think HSBC would do that.

Unfortunately no US bank accepts foreign online applications. :-(

You would have to call them up - talk to a rep - and submit documentation to be successful.

OP, what would work for you at this point is not some VBA. You need to be looking for prepaid debits with a routing/+act number attached so you can withdraw. Not a VBA.

No foreign banks in the world would let you open up a bank account anonymously. You MUST walk into a local branch with government issued ID to prove that you are a legitimate person. A few banks may let you open an account by faxing in your docs, but they'll still treat your account as a risky one.
