These reloadable cards no longer work for withdrawing Paypal funds. You could use them as a bank account to get verified and load them with Paypal. I had one of each and withdrew successfully for a while before moving away from Paypal. It was hard to get a checking account sometimes (ChexSystems) for me so I tried these. But I can confirm all were denied recently. I had already stopped using Paypal but one didn't work a few weeks ago so I tried $10-$15 withdrawls on the other 3 and they were all denied. No limitations because of this.

So they are now wothless for eBay and Paypal.

So if your looking for a bank account to use, try ING.

I suspect that paypal are getting more invasive with which banks they allow us
to use. A workable Bank in the UK is also no longer usable.

I doubt it. Sometimes the giftcard issues does this on it's own, Paypal has nothing to do with it. If anything its just account limited.

Im an honest seller...If someone insists on Paypal, I use ING to withdraw funds......it is mentioned alot in this site so I know it will end soon. Grrrrr
