Anyone know a card i can buy at the gas station or retail store and come home and make a online purchase and it includes the cvv2 number? i dont really care about fees because it will be used just once. and doesnt have to be compatible with paypal or ebay

You could just sign up to Prepaid Virtual VISA Cards by EntroPay and have a card without leaving your house.
